Unit 83: Luke and Izzy Costume Design

Luke and Izzy Lesson:

What did you do?

We reviewed what Izzy and Luke were wearing as they walked down the 'catwalk'. We made sure to over analyse everything and pick apart their outfits as much as we could. Here is what I said about Izzy's outfit choice:

Was the process of studying their outfits useful? What for?

The process of studying their outfits was useful because it made us over analyse their outfit choice, and it allowed us to see what their personalities were through what they wore.

What did it get you thinking about?

It got me thinking about things like, why they chose those colours? and things such as why the outgoing clothes or blending in clothes? And It made me think about who they are as people and what their personalities are like and how you would describe them by first impression on appearance.

Discuss the reverse process of using character traits to design a costume.

I found designing an outfit from the character traits we wrote down on the board quite easy and fun.
